Gager Blaufränkisch Fabian originates from a distinctive single site near Deutschkreutz and combines typical Mittelburgenland fruit with refined spice. The nose shows dark berries, ripe cherries and hints of blackberry, underpinned by nuances of nougat, tobacco and marzipan. On the palate the wine appears juicy and full bodied, with densely woven fruit and harmoniously integrated tannins. Despite its substance, the structure remains approachable and never heavy. Fresh acidity and fine herbal spice provide length and tension. A great companion to braised meat, grilled beef, game dishes or hearty pasta.

Ageing in large oak casks supports the ripe Blaufränkisch fruit with calm, harmonious maturity.
