Grattamacco Bolgheri Rosso doc. 2024 0,75l

Grattamacco Bolgheri Rosso DOC is the refined entry wine of this pioneering coastal Tuscan estate. The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a portion of Sangiovese comes from breezy slopes between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. The bouquet combines fresh red and dark fruits with notes of prunes, chocolate, tobacco and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate the wine delivers opulent dark‑fruit concentration, a silky mouthfeel and hints of clove and sweet spice, framed by fine, tightly knit tannins. Juicy acidity and a long, savoury finish make it a superb partner for grilled meats, rich pasta dishes or mature hard cheeses.

Ageing in wooden barrel and barrique gives the wine structure, fullness and a harmonious, spicy impression.
