Grattamacco Bolgheri Rosso Superiore doc. 2022 0,75l

Grattamacco Bolgheri Rosso Superiore is the grand vin of this coastal Tuscan estate, sourced from hillside vineyards between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci. Vines rooted in sandy quartz and white clay mixed with marl close to the sea produce a Cabernet Sauvignon‑led blend of great tension and depth. The bouquet shows cassis, cherry, plum, tobacco, dark chocolate and hints of violet. On the palate the wine is powerful and concentrated, supported by firm yet ripe tannins. Bright acidity quickly melts into a velvety core of dark fruit, giving both freshness and richness. A long, spicy and mineral finish makes it a superb partner for roast beef, game and mature hard cheeses.

Barrique ageing gives the wine depth, structure and a complex, harmonious character.
