Rubicon from Inglenook is the estate s flagship blend, drawn from the finest Cabernet based parcels in Rutherford. The nose offers dark cherry, blackberry and cassis alongside notes of licorice, anise, black tea, cedar and sweet vanilla. On the palate the wine is deep and layered with supple, velvety tannins that frame its generous core of fruit. A cool, stony minerality and fresh acidity bring focus and lift. The finish is very long, resonating with dark fruit, cocoa and spice. This iconic Napa red is a natural partner for prime cuts of beef, lamb, game and refined dishes of contemporary cuisine.

Eighteen months in French oak give the Rubicon depth, structure and finely integrated oak notes.
